Temple of Tārā is being born from a deep calling: to create a physical sanctuary where we can come home to ourselves. Inspired by the ancient Goddess Tārā, keeper of compassion and swift liberation, this space is devoted to the full spectrum of the feminine: her wildness, her wisdom, and her capacity to heal.
Nestled in the emerald landscapes of Sri Lanka, we are building a retreat center, a mystery school, and a living community: a place where ancient tantric and yogic teachings meet modern somatic healing, where women gather in sisterhood, and where the land herself becomes teacher.

Sri Lanka is one of the oldest inhabited islands on earth, a land steeped in the energy of the Divine Mother. The island is home to living spiritual lineages, and rich wisdom traditions that continue to shape its cultural and devotional life.
Our land is surrounded by tropical forest, butterflies, birdsong, and ancient trees holding the medicine of the land. The architecture of the Temple will be rooted in ancient wisdom & meticulous nature-guided craftsmanship: open pavilions, water gardens, meditation temples, and healing spaces designed in harmony with Vastu principles. A sacred space, built to breathe with body & land.
